Delivery Time

Most orders placed by 2 P.M Eastern Time Mon- Fri will ship out the same business day ( order volume can affect shipping times), any orders placed after 2PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority; we offer free standard shipping for orders over $60.00 within the US (some exclusions apply, must use code FREE60 at checkout). Promotions cannot be combined, for example sale items and free shipping. Two  coupons together etc.  If you need your order in a hurry, please call us to see if we are able to get the items to you in the intended amount of time and select the Priority Mail option which takes 2-4 days. Once packages are turned over to USPS we cannot control the process. Items purchased from Vinyl Bliss, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that once the package is in the carriers hands the risk of loss is passed on to you.

** Once in awhile USPS is slow with a package and your order could take up to two weeks to be delivered. We cannot do anything about it until two weeks has passed ** THIS IS NOT THE NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCE PLEASE READ BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS

Orders going by USPS get a delivery confirmation number which is sent to your email. USPS only offers delivery confirmation which is not actually tracking, it  provide very limited information about your shipment and sometimes does not update until after delivery. USPS claims that priority mail and first class mail take 2-3 days. However, in our experience this is usually more like 2-5 days and we have seen it take two weeks. ***Please remember these are estimated delivery times and these are not guaranteed services***

Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address, if an order is returned due to incorrect shipping address we will contact the customer and provided them with two options orders A) Refund minus a 15% restocking fee (shipping charges are non refundable) or B) We can send an invoice for the additional shipping fees to send the order to the correct address.

Local Pick Up Orders- West Park, FL

We are conveniently located at 5945 23RD ST, West Park, FL 33023, although we are a warehouse facility we do provide our customers with the option to pick up their order. Just simply place your order online at (select Local Pick using zip code 33023). ***Due to warehouse renovations local pick up order will be on set dates and times so please plan accordingly. Local pick up orders will be available for pick up on Thursdays we will contact you once the order is ready. Pick ups will be between 11am & 1pm.***

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping we will assist you in determining what steps need to be taken in order to receive a full refund for the lost or damaged package (this is only valid for Priority Mail or if you purchased additional insurance for your First Class Package). We do not file USPS claims, you are responsible for filling a a claim with USPS within 60 days for damaged packages but no earlier than 15 days from the date shipped. In order to file a claim for damaged packages you must keep the original packaging and the entire unused content, using any content from a damaged package means you are accepting the package “AS IS” and  you will not receive a refund.
