You have 3 business days from the day that you receive your package to report damages or defect in the product. You can initiate a return within 7 business days from the day you receive your product, to complete a return please contact Customer Service at 1-866-898-1312. Once the Customer Service representative approves your return, please follow their instructions to ensure that your refund is process in a timely manner. Returns will be refunded minus the cost of shipping to you, all returns must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If an item is returned without the original packaging you will be accessed a restocking fee of up to 50% of the cost of the item for damages that results from improper shipping.

If an item is being returned for a reason that is not Vinyl Bliss, LLC’s error the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% will apply to the items being returned. In the event that you are returning an item due to an error by Vinyl Bliss, LLC we will provide you with a return label and a full refund or replacement.
