Oracal 651 is a permanent adhesive vinyl, it offers a 6+ Year outdoor durability with a permanent adhesive and a glossy finish. It comes with a protective paper backing protecting the adhesive until application. Compatible with all cutters/plotter on the market. Can be used on any surface where permanent bond is wanted such as windows, signs, decals, stencils, car decals, etc. This vinyl is weather resistant and water proof.
