Bliss Economy Vinyl is our house vinyl, comparable to Oracal 651 it offers a 5 Year outdoor durability with permanent adhesive and a glossy finish. It comes with a protective paper backing protecting the adhesive until application. Compatible with all cutters/plotter on the market.  Can be used on any surface where a permanent bond is wanted such as windows, signs, decals, stencils, car decals, etc.  This vinyl is weather resistant and water proof.
